Please bring comfortable clothing you can move in, any relevant medical reports or scans, your health insurance card, and a list of current medications.
How long is a typical appointment?
Initial consultations are typically 45 minutes, while follow-up appointments are usually 30 minutes. This allows time for thorough assessment and treatment.
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept most private health insurance plans. We also offer on-the-spot claims processing. Please check with your insurer about your physiotherapy benefits.
Is physiotherapy covered by Medicare?
If you have an GPCCMP (a care plan from your GP) a referral is required and you are entitled to a Medicare rebate for appointments covered by this plan. You get up to 5 sessions per year on this plan. There is a small gap fee attached to these appointments ($20).
