At Reason Physiotherapy we believe that the best exercise for you is the one you like, because it's the one you are most likely to stick with. That being said, your goals will have a lot to say when determining what exercise intervention is best for you.

If you want to improve your bone density, we will recommend heavy resistance and impact training under supervision, ala the Onero program.

If you want to work on your vertical jump, we will look at a combination of strength and plyometric training.

If you want to get up and down off the floor with less hassle to play with the grand kids, we will work on mobility, strength and balance.
